The Main Lodge, seen here from Scenic Byway US 71, gives a new meaning to “Mi casa es tu casa.”  Our home really is yours too.  You may stay in a cabin but you will eat breakfast in our dining room; you read the paper and enjoy a pre-breakfast cup of coffee in our living room.  Caleb is always anxious to share his train layout with young friends (or family members who always wanted a train.) 

Our newest remodeling project, the Dining Room, is a spacious area with enough windows to imagine that you are dining outside.  Watch the antics of the feisty hummingbirds or any of the many varieties of birds, native to the Ozarks, that feast at our feeders while you enjoy a hearty breakfast. 

Served between 8:00 and 8:30 year 'round, our full country breakfast usually starts with fresh fruit in season and hot cereal with homemade granola when the mornings turn cooler.  These are followed by platters heaping with fresh, hot pancakes with sausages, French toast and bacon, delectable egg casseroles and homemade cinnamon rolls, or many other things on a menu that is always changing.  Of course, no breakfast would be complete without your choice of coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate, and ice-cold juice.  Click here to visit Janice's recipe page.

The Lodge is the main hub of activity much of the time.  Come to the main office for ice or to check out movies, games, VCR’s and DVD players.  Our courtesy phone is in the front hall of the office, and is available during office hours.  (Usually 7:00am to 10:00pm.) The gift shop is located here as well.

Our cabins are located on top of the Boston Mountains, 23 miles from Fayetteville, part of the Ozarks in Arkansas. We hope that you will find your stay at Sky-Vue Lodge comfortable and friendly.
